Dan McConville is a Senior Paralegal with Ebert Lontok. Mr. McConville has worked on thousands of real estate and banking transactions since he joined the firm in 2004. Mr. McConville works directly with lenders and individual borrowers to ensure that lending transactions are in full compliance with governmental laws and lender underwriting requirements to ensure that the borrower has a seamless closing process.
Prior to his association with Ebert Lontok, Mr. McConville worked as a Lecturer in History at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. He also served as Associate Executive Director at a prominent national not-for-profit organization. Mr. McConville’s responsibilities included managing the office of the international headquarters of the not-for-profit as well as conducting research and editing organizational publications in furtherance of the not-for-profit’s mission. Mr. McConville received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
Janelle Marshall is a Paralegal that supports Ebert Lontok attorneys and the banking department in real estate finance transactions. Her experience includes the preparation of loan documents, Aztec Recognition Agreements, Closing Disclosures, collateral review, CEMAs and attending loan closings and fundings. Before joining Ebert Lontok in 2012, Ms. Marshall previously worked at Citibank. Ms. Marshall received her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
